AERON(이하 "서비스 제공자")은 모바일 애플리케이션 "떠나"(이하 "앱")를 이용하는 모든 사용자, 특히 아동과 청소년의 안전한 환경을 위해 최선을 다합니다. 서비스 제공자는 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE)에 대해 무관용 정책을 적용하며, 아동을 착취하거나 학대하거나 위험에 빠뜨리는 모든 콘텐츠와 행위를 엄격히 금지합니다.
당사 플랫폼에서는 다음 행위를 엄격히 금지합니다.
본 정책에서 아동 또는 미성년자는 만 18세 미만의 모든 개인을 의미합니다.
앱 내에서 아동의 안전을 위협하는 콘텐츠 또는 행위를 발견하신 경우, 아래 이메일로 즉시 신고해 주시기 바랍니다.
신고 접수 후 서비스 제공자는 즉시 검토 절차를 진행하며, 필요한 경우 관련 법집행 기관에 신고합니다.
서비스 제공자는 아동 성적 학대 자료(CSAM)로 의심되는 콘텐츠를 발견하거나 신고받은 경우, 관련 법령에 따라 즉시 관할 기관(방송통신심의위원회, 경찰청 사이버수사국 등) 및 미국 실종·착취 아동 국가센터(NCMEC)에 신고할 의무를 이행합니다.
앱은 만 14세 이상의 이용자를 대상으로 합니다. 서비스 제공자는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않으며, 해당 사실을 인지하는 즉시 관련 계정 및 데이터를 삭제합니다.
서비스 제공자는 아동 안전을 위해 다음과 같은 노력을 기울입니다.
본 정책은 필요에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경 사항은 앱 또는 본 페이지를 통해 사전 공지합니다.

AERON (the "Service Provider") is committed to providing a safe environment for all users of the mobile application "떠나 (Tteona)" (the "App"), especially children and minors. The Service Provider has a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and strictly prohibits any content or behavior that exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:
For the purposes of this policy, a child or minor refers to any individual under the age of 18.
If you encounter any content or behavior within the App that threatens the safety of a child, please report it immediately by emailing us.
Upon receiving a report, the Service Provider will initiate a review immediately and, where necessary, report the matter to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
If the Service Provider discovers or receives a report of content suspected to be Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), we are legally obligated to report it immediately to the relevant authorities, including the Korea Communications Standards Commission, the Cyber Investigation Bureau of the National Police Agency, and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
The App is intended for users aged 14 and older. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If we become aware that a child under 14 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete the relevant account and data.

AERON(以下「サービス提供者」)は、モバイルアプリケーション「떠나(Tteona)」(以下「本アプリ」)を利用するすべての利用者、特に児童及び未成年者の安全な環境のために最善を尽くします。サービス提供者は児童の性的虐待及び搾取(CSAE)に対して不寛容(ゼロトレランス)方針を適用し、児童を搾取・虐待し、又は危険にさらすすべてのコンテンツ及び行為を厳格に禁止します。
当社のプラットフォームでは、次の行為を厳格に禁止します。
本ポリシーにおいて、児童又は未成年者とは満18歳未満のすべての個人を意味します。
本アプリ内で児童の安全を脅かすコンテンツ又は行為を発見された場合は、下記のメールへ直ちに通報してください。
通報を受け付け次第、サービス提供者は直ちに審査手続きを進め、必要な場合は関係する法執行機関に通報します。
サービス提供者は、児童性的虐待資料(CSAM)と疑われるコンテンツを発見し又は通報を受けた場合、関連法令に従い、直ちに管轄機関(放送通信審議委員会、警察庁サイバー捜査局等)及び米国の行方不明・被搾取児童全国センター(NCMEC)に通報する義務を履行します。
本アプリは満14歳以上の利用者を対象とします。サービス提供者は満14歳未満の児童の個人情報を意図的に収集せず、その事実を認知次第、関連するアカウント及びデータを削除します。
サービス提供者は児童の安全のため、次の取り組みを行います。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて変更される場合があり、重要な変更事項はアプリ又は本ページを通じて事前に告知します。
