Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how AERON (the "Service Provider") collects, uses, stores, and deletes personal information through the mobile application "떠나 (Tteona)" (the "App").

2. Information We Collect

2-1. Account Information

• Email/Password Sign-Up: Email address, password (encrypted), nickname
• Google Sign-In: Google account email, unique identifier
• Apple Sign-In: Apple-provided anonymized or real email, unique identifier
• Kakao Sign-In: Kakao unique ID (email is collected optionally, per Kakao's policy)

2-2. Service Usage Data

• Travel courses created (name, place list, region, tag, like count), liked course IDs
• Group (room) info: room name, invite code, member ID list, creation timestamp
• Trip session records: places visited (name, latitude, longitude), session start/end timestamps
• Feed items: type (trip start/end, arrival, video, etc.), nickname, location coordinates, image URL
• Comments and replies: text content, quoted original text

2-3. Device & Environment Information

• FCM token (used to send push notifications)
• Device OS version, App version

2-4. Location Information

• Current location during active travel courses (for arrival detection)
• Real-time location sharing during group trips (visible only to members of the same room)
• Location may be collected in the background; denying location permission will limit related features.

2-5. Camera, Microphone & Photo Library

• Camera & Microphone: Used to record videos at each location
• Photo Library (write access): Used to save the completed vlog to the device's camera roll
• Recorded video clips are stored temporarily in a private app folder on-device until vlog generation is complete, at which point they are automatically deleted. Clips are never uploaded to any server.

3. How We Use Your Information

• User authentication and account management
• Providing travel course and group trip features
• Sending push notifications for arrival alerts and group activities (local notifications and FCM remote notifications)
• Displaying trip session status via Live Activity (Dynamic Island / Lock Screen)
• Place search (via Kakao Local API and Apple MapKit)
• Weather information (current location coordinates sent to OpenWeatherMap)
• Automatic vlog generation
• Real-time location sharing among group members
• Service improvement and error analysis
• Legal compliance and enforcement of our Terms of Service

4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

The App shares data with the following third-party services to operate. Please review each service's privacy policy.

The Service Provider will not share your information with any third party beyond those listed above without your consent, except as required by law or to protect the life or property of users.

5. Data Processing Delegation

The Service Provider delegates certain data processing activities as follows:

• Processors: Google (Firebase) · Google Sign-In · Apple · Kakao · OpenWeatherMap
• Delegated tasks: Authentication, data storage, push notifications, social login, place search, weather lookup
• Data shared: Account identifiers, profile data, FCM token, trip and group data, place search queries, location coordinates (limited to what each task requires)

6. Retention & Deletion

• Data is retained until account deletion and destroyed in accordance with applicable law.
• Data required to be retained by law is kept for the legally mandated period, then destroyed.
• Unverified email accounts are automatically deleted 24 hours after registration.

7. Data Deleted Upon Account Deletion

Completing "Settings → Delete Account" in the App will delete the following:

• Firebase Authentication account
• All personal data stored in Firestore (profile, travel courses, feed posts, comments, fcmRequests data, etc.)
• Removal from all groups (rooms) you belong to, and deletion of your feed posts within those groups
• App data stored on-device (reset upon reinstallation)

Note: If you are the last member of a group when you leave or delete your account, all data in that group (feed, comments, shared courses, etc.) will also be permanently deleted.

Data already transmitted to third-party services (Google, Apple, Kakao, etc.) is handled according to their respective policies.

8. Your Rights

Under applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Please use the in-app contact feature in Settings, or refer to Section 12. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If we become aware that a child under 14 has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately.

10. Security

The Service Provider applies technical and administrative safeguards — including Firebase security rules, in-transit encryption (TLS), and access controls — to protect your information.

11. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated periodically. Material changes will be announced in advance through the App or this page.

The Service Provider designates the following contact point to oversee the processing of personal and personal location information and to protect users' rights:

1. 概要

本プライバシーポリシーは、AERON(以下「サービス提供者」)が運営するモバイルアプリケーション「떠나(Tteona)」(以下「本アプリ」)が、利用者の個人情報をどのように収集・利用・保管・破棄するかを説明します。

2. 収集する個人情報及び収集方法

本アプリはサービス提供のため、次の情報を収集します。

2-1. アカウント情報

• メール/パスワード登録: メールアドレス、パスワード(暗号化して保存)、ニックネーム
• Googleログイン: Googleアカウントのメール、固有識別子
• Appleログイン: Appleが提供する匿名化メール又は実メール、固有識別子
• Kakaoログイン: Kakao固有ID(Kakaoの方針によりメールは任意で収集)

2-2. サービス利用データ

• 作成した旅行コース(コース名、場所リスト、地域、タグ、いいね数)、いいねしたコースIDリスト
• グループ(ルーム)情報: ルーム名、招待コード、メンバーIDリスト、作成日時
• 旅行セッション記録: 場所の訪問記録(場所名・緯度・経度)、セッションの開始/終了日時
• フィード項目: 種類(旅行開始・終了・到着・動画等)、ニックネーム、関連位置座標、画像URL
• コメント及び返信: テキスト、引用した原文テキスト

2-3. 端末及び環境情報

• FCMトークン(プッシュ通知の送信用)
• 端末OSバージョン、アプリバージョン

2-4. 位置情報

• コース進行中の現在位置(目的地への到着検知)
• グループ旅行中のリアルタイム位置共有(同一ルームのメンバーにのみ公開)
• アプリがバックグラウンド状態のときも位置を収集する場合があり、利用者が位置権限を拒否すると当該機能は制限されます。

2-5. カメラ・マイク・フォトライブラリ

• カメラ・マイク: 場所での動画撮影時に使用
• フォトライブラリ(書き込み): 完成したVlogを端末のアルバムに保存する際に使用
• 撮影された動画クリップはVlog生成前まで端末内のアプリ専用フォルダに一時保存され、Vlog生成が完了すると自動的に削除されます。動画クリップはサーバーへ送信されません。

3. 個人情報の利用目的

• 会員認証及びアカウント管理
• 旅行コース・グループ旅行機能の提供
• 目的地への到着通知、グループ旅行関連のプッシュ通知の送信(ローカル通知及びFCMリモート通知)
• ライブアクティビティ(Dynamic Island・ロック画面)による旅行セッション状況の表示
• 場所検索(Kakao Local API、Apple MapKitを利用)
• 天気情報の提供(現在位置の座標をOpenWeatherMapサーバーへ送信)
• Vlog自動生成機能の提供
• リアルタイム位置共有(グループメンバー間)
• サービス改善及びエラー分析
• 法的義務の履行及び利用規約の適用

4. 第三者サービス及びデータ共有

本アプリはサービス運営のため、次の第三者に一部データを提供します。各サービスのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

サービス提供者は上記の場合を除き、利用者の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、法令により要求される場合、又は利用者の生命・財産の保護のため緊急に必要な場合は例外とします。

5. 個人情報の取扱いの委託

サービス提供者はサービス運営のため、次のとおり個人情報の取扱いを委託します。

• 受託者: Google (Firebase) · Googleログイン · Apple · Kakao · OpenWeatherMap
• 委託業務: 認証、データ保存、プッシュ通知処理、ソーシャルログイン、場所検索、天気情報照会
• 委託項目: アカウント識別子、プロフィール情報、FCMトークン、旅行・グループデータ、場所検索クエリ、位置座標(各業務に必要な範囲)

6. 個人情報の保有及び破棄

• 会員退会まで保管し、退会時に関連法令に従って破棄します。
• 関連法令に保管義務がある場合は、当該期間中保管した後に破棄します。
• メール未認証のアカウントは、登録後24時間経過時に自動的に削除されます。

7. 退会時に削除される情報

アプリ内の「設定 → アカウント削除」を完了すると、次の情報が削除されます。

• Firebase Authenticationアカウントの削除
• Firestoreに保存されたすべての個人データ(プロフィール、旅行コース、フィード、コメント、fcmRequests関連データ等)
• 所属するすべてのグループ(ルーム)からのメンバー削除、及び自分が作成したフィードの削除
• 端末内のアプリ保存データ(アプリ再インストール時に初期化)

ご注意: 自分が最後のメンバーであるグループから退会するか、アカウントを削除すると、当該グループのすべてのデータ(フィード、コメント、共有コース等)も併せて削除されます。

第三者サービス(Google、Apple、Kakao等)に既に送信されたデータは、各サービスの方針に従って処理されます。

8. 利用者の権利

利用者は個人情報保護法に基づき、自己の個人情報の閲覧、訂正・削除、処理停止を要求できます。アプリ内の設定画面のお問い合わせ機能をご利用いただくか、第13条をご参照ください。確認のうえ、法令の定める範囲で対応いたします。

9. 児童の保護

サービス提供者は満14歳未満の児童の個人情報を意図的に収集しません。14歳未満の児童が個人情報を提供した事実を認知した場合、直ちに削除します。

10. セキュリティ

サービス提供者は利用者の個人情報を保護するため、Firebaseセキュリティルール、通信中の暗号化(TLS)、アクセス制限等の技術的・管理的措置を適用します。

11. 方針の変更

本方針は必要に応じて変更される場合があり、重要な変更事項はアプリ又は本ページを通じて事前に告知します。

12. 個人情報保護責任者及び位置情報管理責任者

サービス提供者は、個人情報及び個人位置情報の取扱いに関する業務を統括し、利用者の権利を保護するため、次のとおり担当部署を指定しています。

• 役割: 個人情報保護責任者 兼 位置情報管理責任者
